Is this therapy?
No. The Expansion Reset is a private mentorship and transformation container. While it draws on somatic and inner child healing methods, it is not clinical therapy and does not replace psychological treatment. If you are in active crisis, please seek appropriate mental health support first.

How is this different from therapy?
Therapy is valuable — and many clients come having already spent years in it. The Expansion Reset is specifically designed for expansion: for moving forward into your next level of success, visibility, and receiving. It combines somatic work, subconscious reprogramming, and high-level mentoring. It's not about processing the past for its own sake. It's about freeing you from the patterns that are limiting your present.

How is this different from business coaching?
Business coaching works on strategy. The Expansion Reset works on the subconscious patterns that make it difficult to execute strategy consistently. If you know what to do but can't make yourself do it — this is the missing piece.

Who is this NOT for?
This is not for you if you are in active crisis or need therapeutic support right now. It's not for you if you're looking for a quick fix, more tactics, or business strategy. And it's not for you if you're not ready to do deep inner work. The Expansion Reset is for the woman who is ready — not the woman who is still searching for a reason not to be.

Why is the container so small?
Deep transformation requires depth of attention. With 3–5 clients per cycle, Ellen is able to hold each person with full presence and intention. This is not scalable by design.

What if I've already done a lot of inner work?
Many clients come with years of therapy, coaching, and personal development behind them. The Expansion Reset is often the piece that integrates and unlocks what came before — working at the somatic and subconscious level that talk-based approaches don't reach.

What results can I expect?
