Terms & Conditions — The Expansion Reset

1. The Program

1.1. The Expansion Reset is a private 10-week mentorship container consisting of ten (10) private 1:1 sessions of 90 minutes each.

1.2. The Expansion Reset is a mentorship and transformation programme. It is not clinical therapy, psychological treatment, or a substitute for medical or mental health care. Ellen S. Øgaard is a Compassion Key® Certified Practitioner and Somatic Practitioner — she is not a licensed psychologist, medical doctor, financial advisor, or legal professional. Nothing shared during sessions constitutes professional advice in any of these fields.

1.3. Availability is limited to 3–5 participants per cycle to ensure depth of attention and quality of the container.

2. Scheduled Sessions

2.1. You are expected to attend your sessions on time. If you arrive late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time.

2.2. If you need to reschedule, written notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance by email to ellen@naturebeings.co. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of that session.

2.3. In the case of a genuine emergency (serious injury, acute illness, or significant travel disruption), the session will not be forfeited and will be carried over to a mutually agreed time.

2.4. If Ellen is unable to attend a scheduled session, you will be notified as soon as possible. Valid reasons include illness (including acute family care responsibilities), serious injury, or loss of internet connectivity. In such cases, you will have full choice of when to reschedule.

3. Onboarding & Payment

3.1. Following the sales call, you will receive a welcome email containing an onboarding form. This form must be completed before the first session. Completion of the form, including acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and GDPR consent, is required before the program begins.

3.2. The program fee is €6,500. Full payment is due before the first session. Alternatively, a split payment option is available: €3,250 due before the first session and €3,250 due before the sixth session.

3.3. The program will not commence until the first payment has been received and confirmed.

3.4. Invoices are issued via Fiken and are payable by bank transfer. Payment details will be included in the invoice.

4. Refunds

4.1. Due to the nature of this work and the limited capacity of each program cycle, refunds are generally not offered.

4.2. As an exception, if after the first session it is clearly evident that the work is not a good fit — based on a genuine and mutual recognition of a fundamental mismatch — a partial refund will be issued. The partial refund covers sessions 2–10 (nine sessions), minus any applicable transaction or processing fees. The cost of session 1 is non-refundable.

4.3. Any refund request under clause 4.2 must be submitted in writing to ellen@naturebeings.co before the second session takes place. Requests made after the second session has begun will not be considered.

4.4. If you choose not to use all sessions within 12 months of programme start, you forfeit your right to those sessions and no refund will be issued.

5. Privacy

5.1. Your personal information is handled with strict confidentiality and is not shared with third parties, in accordance with the Naturebeings Privacy Policy (naturebeings.co/privacy-policy) and applicable Norwegian and EU data protection law (GDPR).

5.2. Sessions are conducted via Zoom or equivalent video call platform. By participating, you consent to the use of these electronic communication tools for the purpose of delivering the program.

6. Release, Waiver and Client Responsibility

6.1. You acknowledge that Ellen S. Øgaard is a mentorship and somatic transformation practitioner, and that the work undertaken in the Expansion Reset is not a replacement for psychological, medical, legal, or financial professional advice.

6.2. You acknowledge that it is ultimately your responsibility whether you choose to act on any guidance, insights, or perspectives shared during sessions.

6.3. In consideration of the services provided, you agree to hold Ellen S. Øgaard and Naturebeings harmless from any and all liability arising from participation in the program. This release is binding upon you, your heirs, and your legal representatives.

6.4. If any part of this agreement is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and in full force.
